SHIPPING
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 3 days of receiving it. Shipping will take place from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and using AnPost (the Irish postal services).
We use their registered post service with tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is shipped, so you can check online the progress of your parcel.
We have no control over the delivery time, but lead times are indicated at checkout. However, please bear in mind that it is likely to take longer due to ongoing delays linked to the pandemic and other reasons outside our control.
For buyers outside the European Economic Area, please note that Sophie Préteseille Studio is not responsible for any import or customs taxes charged on your item.
